Klöckner Hänsel Processing extends machinery of ZDS Solingen

 

On the occasion of ProSweets / Cologne beginning of February, 2009, the official handing over of the Jelly-Star-Cooker took place.

Represented by Managing Director Heiko Kühn and Sales Director Frank Temme KHP handed over the cooking line to the Managing Director of the ZDS Solingen, Andreas Betram.

The compact continuous line will be commissioned after the fair and is suitable for all common jellying agents. This as well as its place-saving installation meet the educational- as well as off-the-job training daily routine in the laboratories of the ZDS.

Advantages of the jelly cooking line are a stable cooking temperature, an even product phase out as well as no contact between steam and product. High quality jelly products can be manufactured in determined premises.   ´
